of an existing land fill, and
WHEREAS, This rezoning request is for the future expansion
WHEREAS, A Public Hearing is scheduled to be held before
the Common Council on Tuesday, August 13, 1996, at 7:25 p.m. to
consider the petition.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council that the rezoning request from
0 Agricultural to 1-2 General Industrial be approved for the
Superior Emerald Park Landfills, Inc. properties located in the
SE 1/4 and SW 1/4 of Section 36.
