WHEREAS, Robak Associates, Inc. proposes to Amend the
Building, Site and Operation plan for Max A. Sass & Sons
Funeral Home, and
proposed a 205 square foot office addition to the northeast
corner of the existing building along with a 13' X 17" entry
portico along the east end of the building, and
WHEREAS, The amended Building, Site and Operation Plan
character of said structure.
WHEREAS, The addition and portico would match the general
the amended Building, Site, and Operation Plan dated (received)
July 26, 1996.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the amended Building, Site and
Operation Plan dated (received) July 26, 1996, be kept on file
in the Building Department.
Operation Plan is approved and perpetual compliance to same is
required unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
