APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE h OPERATION PLAN BY
ROOFING CONSULTANTS, LTD. FOR WIZA INDUSTRIES LOCATED AT
S82 W18792 GEMINI DRIVE
WHEREAS, An amendment to the Building, Site and Operation
Plan is proposed by Roofing Consultants, Ltd. for Wiza
Industries, and
of the existing structure was submitted on July 23, 1996, and
WHEREAS, Plans for a 170' X 150' addition on the north end
illustrated on the submitted plans.
WHEREAS, Proposed landscaping, lighting and drainage are not
the amended Building, Site, and Operation Plan dated (received)
July 23, 1996.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the amended Building, Site and
Operation Plan dated (received) July 23, 1996, be kept on file
in the Building Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a landscaping, lighting and
drainage plan be submitted for Plan Commission review and
approval prior to the issuance of a building permit.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Building Site and Operation
Plan is approved and perpetual compliance to same is required
unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
Building Site and Operation Plan as hereby approved may result
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the
in the issuance of fines of $100 per day each day a violation
is noted, the initiation of legal action, or both.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That no occupancy permits will be
issued until such time as outdoor storage screening and
landscaping plan on Apollo Drive have been submitted and
approved by Plan Commission.
