FOR JAMES MINELLI ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
S72 W13848 WOODS ROAD IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 12
(TAX KEY NO. 2206.998.014)
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on June 22, 1996, for a two
(2) lot land division in the NW 1/4 of Section 12, and
minimum lot size of 60,000 square feet and a minimum average
width of 150' if serviced by municipal sewer, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned Lowland which requires a
WHEREAS, Said lots do not appear to meet the minimum area
restrictions, and
WHEREAS, The properties to the north are zoned RS-2, 20,000
square foot Residence District, which requires only 20,000
square feet in area and a 110' average minimum width, and
i WHEREAS, Said lots would meet RS-2 zoning regulations.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
of the two lot land division sketch subject to the rezoning of
the property from Lowland to RS-2.
