RECOMMENDATION BY PLAN COMMISSION TO HOLD A PUBLIC
HEARING ON THE PROPOSED TAX INCREMENTAL DISTRICT
NO. 8 TO BE LOCATED IN THE NW AND SW 1/4 OF SECTION 2
AND NE AND SE 1/4 OF SECTION 3
WHEREAS, Wisconsin Statutes, Section 66.46, provides a
procedure for the creation of tax incremental districts (TID),
and
public hearing in accordance with Wisconsin Statutes, Section
66.46(4), after written notice has been mailed to the chief
power to levy taxes on property located within the proposed
executive officer of all local government entities having the
district and to the school board of any school district which
published as a Class 2 notice under Wisconsin Statutes, Chapter
includes property located within the proposed district and

prior to adoption of a project plan, and
WHEREAS, The City Plan Commission is required to conduct a
share of the cost of the following public improvements:

City of Muskego and for the purpose of consideration of
proposed project plan for said tax incremental district.
