PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE REZONING OF LANDS FROM RSE
RECOMMENDATION BY THE PLAN COMMISSION TO HOLD
(SUBURBAN ESTATE) AND RS-1 (SUBURBAN RESIDENCE) TO I-l/OA
(INDUSTRIAL PARK/AGRICULTURAL OVERLAY) FOR LANDS IN THE
NW 1/4 OF SECTION 2 AND THE NE AND SE 1/4 OF SECTION 3
Economic Development was formed and charged with the task of,
WHEREAS, In September of 1994 the Mayor's Task Force on
among others, identifying locations within the City considered
to be suitable for business park development, and
WHEREAS, After much consideration, through the
Development it is proposed that the following properties be
recommendation of the Mayor's Task Force on Economic
rezoned:

so that the above described lands are set aside for future
development of a business park consisting of industrial, office
and commercial land uses all in a effort to provide land use
options which serve to expand and diversify the tax base,
provide employment opportunities for Muskego residents and
promote the general economic prosperity of the City of Muskego,
and
WHEREAS, Among other considerations such as proximity to
existing arterial highways and the availability of sanitary
Moorland Road makes the lands a desirable location for the
sewer and municipal water, the anticipated extension of
above described land uses.
