PCR1996152AMENDED APPROVAL OF CONCEPTUAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR AN RESOLUTION # P.C. 152-96 INDUSTRIAL/BUSINESS PARK IN THE NW AND sw 1/4 OF SECTION 2 AND THE NE AND SE 1/4 OF SECTION 3 (WISPARK CORPORATION) WHEREAS, WISPARK Corporation has filed with the City a conceptual development plan for lands and WHEREAS, The proposed street pattern is consistant with the Muskego and public utilities such as sanitary sewer and water 2010 Street and Arterial Highway System Plan for the City of are available to be extended to the proposed development. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby approve of the conceptual development plan submitted by WISPARK for the land located in the NW and SW 1/4 of Section 2 and the NE and SE 1/4 of Section 3 illustrating the potential phased development of a 339.9 acre business park containing an approximate land use break down as follows: 207 acres of light manufacturing, 23.5 acres of office and/or researh and development, 23.1 acres of retail, 47.0 acres of green space and natural areas, 30.6 acres of public e right-of-way. of this concept development plan, recognizing the fact that all lands in the Muskego Industrial Park have been either optioned or purchased thus providing no additonal lands in the City of Muskego to help retain and attract business and industry.
