WHEREAS, WISPARK Corporation has filed with the City a
conceptual development plan for lands and

3 illustrating the potential phased development of a 339.9 acre
business park containing an approximate land use break down as
follows: 207 acres of light manufacturing, 23.5 acres of office
and/or researh and development, 23.1 acres of retail, 47.0 acres
of green space and natural areas, 30.6 acres of public e right-of-way.

or purchased thus providing no additonal lands in the City of
Muskego to help retain and attract business and industry.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves
