JOHNNY'S PETROLEUM PRODUCTS AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 576 W17871 JANESVILLE ROAD
submitted drawings proposing canopy stripping for the entire
WHEREAS, Jack Strasser of Johnny's Petroleum Products
gas station facility on July 25, 1996, and
WHEREAS, The stripping consist of a 27" Triband decal
with a dark red on top placed on a white background, and
WHEREAS, The stripping is proposed to be on three sides of
the 70' X 30' front fueling island canopy, on four sides of the
40' X 24' commercial fueling island, and three sides of the
primary building, and
WHEREAS, An additional 3' X 3' logo sign will be located on
the primary building, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has the authority to approve
of canopy stripping as long as it contributes to the theme and
design of the property.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves
of the proposed signage.
