PCR1996148a APPROVAL OF A 45' x 32' ACCESSORY STRUCTURE BY RESOLUTION #P.C. 148-96 RON KAEBISCH FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S98 W21314 PARKER DRIVE WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was submitted on July 11, 1996, by Ron Kaebisch to construct a 45' X Parker Drive, and 32' accessory structure at the residence located at S98 W21314 WHEREAS, The location of the accessory structure will meet the architectural appearance would be compatible with the applicant's setbacks of the Exclusive Agricultural zoning district and the residence and surrounding area, and WHEREAS, The accessory structure is intended to be used for storage of car, truck and junk and the Plan Commission has within 1% of the total lot area, and authority to approve the type and size of accessory structures WHEREAS, Materials submitted do not propose the use neither of this nor any other structure on the property for business related activities, and 0 sq.ft. accessory structure, and WHEREAS, The petitioner is proposing to construct a 1,440 a 40 acre lot, totaling 0.7% of the total lot area.
