WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on July 5, 1996, for a land
division in the SE 1/4 of Section 36, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-1 which requires a minimum
lot size of 20,000 square feet and a minimum average width of
average width restrictions, and
120' and said lots do appear to meet the minimum area and
WHEREAS, The proposed lots appear to have wetlands and
potential floodplain that need to be delineated, and
WHEREAS, The proposed land division creates two landlocked
parcels which will require the approval by the Plan Commission
of access easements.
of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a six (6) lot
land division in the SE 1/4 of Section 16 of the Boehm property
subject to the delineation of wetlands and floodplain and the
submittal to and approval of grading plan by the Public Works
Committee. Wetlands to be delineated by the Army Corps, DNR or
SEWRPC.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
