APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE & OPERATION PLAN BY
AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S82 W19360 APOLLO DRIVE
WHEREAS, A Building, Site and Operation plan was approved
by the Plan Commission through Resolution #P.C. 30-86 on April
1, 1986, and
WHEREAS, The amended Building, Site and Operation Plan
proposes a fence enclosure and an area for outdoor storage, and
WHEREAS, Outdoor storage is permitted within the industrial
park as long it is screened in from view.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended Building, Site, and Operation Plan dated (received)
July 8, 1996.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the amended Building, Site and
Operation Plan dated (received) July 8, 1996, be kept on file
in the Building Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Building Site and
Operation Plan is approved and perpetual compliance to same is
required unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Staff will approve additional
landscaping plan, outside lighting will consist of sodium vapor
and the privacy slats will compliment the building color.
