WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on July 5, 1996, for a land
WHEREAS, The property is zoned EA which requires a minimum
lot size of 35 Acres and a minimum average width of 1,275' and
said lot does not meet the minimum area and average width
restrictions, and

WHEREAS, The proposed lots appear to have wetlands and 100

WHEREAS, No direct street access is available to the
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
division in the SE 1/4 of Section 34 of the Sonnentag
of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a land -
property subject to the delineation of wetland and floodplain
areas and the submittal and approval of grading plan by the
Public Works Committee illustrating floodplain location as
identified by surveyor. Wetlands to be delineated by the Army
Corps, DNR or SEWRPC. 0
