APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR
AG INDUSTRIES BY GOHR SCHWENN FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED
ON LOT 2 ON 584 W18887 ENTERPRISE DRIVE
WHEREAS, A Building, Site and Operation plan was submitted
on July 3, 1996 by Gohr Schwenn, Inc., for the proposed AG Industries on S84 W18887 Enterprise Drive, and
manufacturing facility along with 4,300 square feet of office
space, and
WHEREAS, The plans indicate a 45,000 square foot

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Building, Site, and Operation plan dated (received) July 3,
1996 and said plan shall be kept on file in the Building
Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all aspects Of this Site
