PCR1996143AMENDED RESOLUTION P.C. 143-96 APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR AG INDUSTRIES BY GOHR SCHWENN FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED ON LOT 2 ON 584 W18887 ENTERPRISE DRIVE WHEREAS, A Building, Site and Operation plan was submitted on July 3, 1996 by Gohr Schwenn, Inc., for the proposed AG Industries on S84 W18887 Enterprise Drive, and manufacturing facility along with 4,300 square feet of office space, and WHEREAS, The plans indicate a 45,000 square foot WHEREAS, The building facade indicates a 30' structure with extends 300' along the street side, and 8' being block and the remainder being metal paneling which rear area, of the lot which consists of a 14 foot structure made WHEREAS, The office area is located in the southeast corner, out of smooth texture block, and WHEREAS, The landscape plan indicates four evenly spaced trees along the street facade, with those lining the building additional landscaping, and including additional low shrubbery and the office area including WHEREAS, This presentation is the fourth submitted before the Planning Commission. WHEREAS, The City of Muskego requires that all developments provide an adequately screened area for a dumpster and recycling bin for each building and it is unclear if this development will have those facilities, and WHEREAS, A colored rendering and lighting and signage plan still need to be submitted. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the Building, Site, and Operation plan dated (received) July 3, 1996 and said plan shall be kept on file in the Building Department.
