WHEREAS, A Conditional Use and Building, Site and Operation
plan was approved by the Plan Commission through Resolution
#P.C. 56-95 on June 6, 1995, and
WHEREAS, The amended Building, Site and Operation Plan
proposes a fence enclosure to contain equipment, materials and
other items related to the approved activities on the property,
and
a fenced area measuring 55.5 feet by 24.75 feet and consisting
of dog eared wood fencing having a height of six (6) feet.
WHEREAS, The materials submitted on July 2, 1996 illustrate
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended Building, Site, and Operation Plan dated (received)
July 2, 1996 finding that the request does not constitute
outside storage, does not constitute a substantial change to the
approved building, site, and operational plan and as such, does
not require a public hearing.
0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the amended Building, Site and
Operation Plan dated (received) July 2, 1996, be kept on file in
the Building Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Building Site and Operation
Plan is approved and perpetual compliance to same is required
unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
