APPROVAL OF EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP BY
SECTION 2, TOWN OF NORWAY
division was submitted by American Surveying Company, Inc. for
Michael and Kevin Malchine in the NW 1/4 of Section 2, Town of
Norway, and
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a three (3) parcel land
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction
approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's
subdivision regulations, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land divisions
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
parcel land division by American Surveying Company, Inc.
the extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for a three (3)
located in the NW 1/4 of Section 2, in the Town of Norway.
