PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR CANDLEWOOD CREEK SUBDIVISION FOR THE
APPROVAL OF CORRECTING RESOLUTION FOR THIRD REVISED
PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 3, NE 1/4 OF SECTION
10, AND NW 1/4 OF SECTION 11
WHEREAS, A second revised Preliminary Plat was submitted on
August 14, 1995, to divide property in the SE 1/4 of Section 3,
NE 1/4 of Section 10, and the NE E, NW 1/4 of Section 11 into two
hundred and fifty-seven (257) single family lots and three (3)
outlots, and
Second Revised Preliminary Plat substantially conforms to City
of Muskego Comprehensive Land Use Plan as adopted September 15,
1992 per Resolution #P.C. 161-92, the City of Muskego Year 2010
Arterial Street and Highway System Plan as adopted in October of
1993, the Revised Sketch for the Preliminary Plat for Candlewood
Creek Subdivision as adopted by the Plan Commission on March 2,
1993 per Resolution #P.C. 16-93 of 1993, and the previous
Preliminary Plat for Candlewood Creek Subdivision approved by
the Common Council on June 22, 1993 per Resolution #158-93.
WHEREAS, In relation to the future Moorland Road, subject
WHEREAS, Do to the delay in resolving the alignment issue of
Moorland Road, un-incorporated floodplain impacts, City Engineer
comments and Plan Commissions required changes, the petitioner
property in the SE 1/4 of Section 3, NE 1/4 of Section 10, and
submitted a third revised Preliminary Plat on May 10, 1996 for
the NW 1/4 of Section 11 into one hundred and ninety-two (192)
single family lots and eight (8) outlots, and

WHEREAS, On June 4, 1996 the Plan Commission approved the
Third Revised Preliminary Plat for Candlewood Creek Subdivision
through Resolution P.C. 145-95 which was not amended to reflect
the change in the legal description or lot and outlot yield as a
result of revisions reflected in the Third Revised Preliminary
Plat for Candlewood Creek Subdivision.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
this correcting resolution for the Third Revised Preliminary
NE 1/4 of Section 10, and the NW 1/4 of Section 11 subject to
Plat of Candlewood Creek Subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 3,
resolution of all technical discrepancies as identified by the
Common Council, Plan Commission, City Engineers and City Staff.
THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, All technical
discrepancies as addressed on the June 3, 1996 letter submitted
by the City's engineers have been satisfactorily addressed
and/or resolved on a Preliminary Plat for Candlewood Creek
Subdivision dated June 20, 1996.
