AMENDED
APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP CREATING TWO LOTS
OF THE WERNETTE PROPERTY LOCATED IN
THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 11
1996, to create a two (2) lot land divisions located in the SE
1/4 of Section 11, and
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on June 24,
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on March 21, 1995, approved a
sketch for a three (3) lot land division through Resolution
#P.C. 39-95 and on May 7, 1996 approved a three lot land
division Certified Survey Map through Resolution #P.C. 96-96,
and
submittals showing only a two lot land division, and
WHEREAS, The new submittal is a revision of the prior two
lot size of 20,000 sq. ft. and a minimum average width of 110'
and said lots appear to meet these conditions.
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2 which requires a minimum
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division in the
SE 1/4 of Section 11 of the Wernette Property and recommend
approval to the Common Council subject to resolution of
City Staff and the Plan Commission and payment of all applicable
technical discrepancies as identified by the City Engineers,
fees in Section 18.14(3) of the Land Division Ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, Thata note shall be placed on
Parcel 1 stating that no access to Bluhm Drive is permitted.
THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That there will be no
further division on parcel 2 and parcel 2 shall be considered
unbuildable until such time as sewer accessibility is
determined.
