APPROVAL OF BUILDING AND SITE PLAN
THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF KELLY DRIVE AND LIONS PARK
DRIVE (TAX KEY NO. 2195.123)
FOR A DUPLEX IN KELLY ESTATES BY JUDITH KRENKE LOCATED AT
WHEREAS, The Subdivider's Agreement for Kelley Estates
requires that the proposed duplexes be approved by the Plan
Commission, and
WHEREAS, The proposed duplex sketch appears to meet all
City requirements in square footage, and
WHEREAS, The property is served by sanitary sewer and
municipal water, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to have drive access to Lions Park
Drive for the northern unit.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
of the Building and Site Plan as dated received June 21, 1996,
and be kept on file in the Building Department.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, TO allow for a three (3) car
garage on the southern unit with doors facing East.
