PCR1996129AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 129-96 OF THE CITY OF MUSKEG0 TO CHANGE THE ZONING OF THE PROPERTIES RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP LOCATED IN THE AREAS ASSOCIATED WITH THE LOOMIS ROAD, THE NE 1/4, SW 1/4 AND SE 1/4 OF SECTION 25 WHEREAS, The Sewer Utility is proceeding with projects to provide sanitary sewer service to areas along North Cape Road and Loomis Drive from North Cape Road west approximately 4,000 from Ryan Road south to S.T.H. 36, and areas along Loomis Road approximately 1,200 feet, and feet, and areas along U.S. HWY 45 from S.T.H. 36 south LOOMIS DRIVE, NORTH CAPE ROAD, U.S. HWY 45 SEWER PROJECTS IN WHEREAS, It is necessary to rezone these areas in accordance with the Comprehensive Plan once sewers are available, and Plan Commission under Amended Resolution #P.C. 126-96 which WHEREAS, A Conceptual Rezoning has been approved by the differs from the Comprehensive Plan, and WHEREAS, The proposed rezoning is now known as Exhibit 'B', Rezoning per Plan Commission. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby recommend approval to the Common Council of Amended Exhibit 'B', Rezoning per Plan Commission for the properties within the proposed sewer service areas along North Cape Road from Ryan Road south to S.T.H. 36, and areas along Loomis Road and Loomis Drive from North Cape Road west approximately 4,000 feet, and areas along U.S. HWY 45 from S.T.H. 36 south approximately 1,200 feet.
