PCR1996128RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP RESOLUTION #P.C. 128-96 OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO TO CHANGE ZONING ON TAX KEY NO. 2241.999 FROM RS-1/EA TO EA AND TAX KEY NO. 2241.999.001 FROM RS-1/EA TO RS-1, BOTH PARCELS BEING PART OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 21 (HABERMEYER PROPERTY, 5183 W8874 RACINE AVENUE) reconfiguration/ expansion was submitted by Virginia Habermeyer under Resolution #P.C. 108-96, and WHEREAS, As a certified survey map for a land and the expanded portion is zoned exclusive agricultural, and WHEREAS, A condition of approval from the Plan Commission WHEREAS, The petitioner's original parcel was zoned RS-1 was that each expanded/reconfigured parcel be rezoned entirely to there primary zoning district. THEREFORE BE RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby recommend approval to the Common Council of the proposed rezoning of the proposed Tax Key No. 2241.999 to total Exclusive Agricultural and Tax Key No. 2241.999.001 be of Section 21. rezoned to entirely RS-1, both parcels being part of the NW 1/4 PLAN COMMISSION CITY OF MUSKEGO Adopted 07-02-96 Defeated Deferred 06-24-96
