RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP
RESOLUTION #P.C. 127-96
OF THE CITY OF MUSKEG0 TO CHANGE ZONING ON TAX KEY
NO. 2298.978, BEING PART OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 35,
(SOBIESKI PROPERTY, 5103 W14823 LOOMIS ROAD)
FROM A/EA TO A
reconfiguration/ expansion was submitted by Kent Campbell for
the Sobieski property under Resolution #P.C. 51-96, and
WHEREAS, As a certified survey map for a land
WHEREAS, The original parcel was zoned Agricultural and the
expanded portion is zoned Exclusive Agricultural thus the
new/reconfigured parcel would have split zoning, and
map was that entire proposed property be rezoned to Agricultural
WHEREAS, A condition of approval for the certified survey
only.
THEREFORE BE RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby recommend approval to the Common Council
of the proposed rezoning of the proposed Tax Key No. 2298.978,
being part of the NW 1/4 of Section 35, to entirely
Agricultural.
