PCR1996126e RESOLUTION #P.C. 126-96 AMENDED APPROVAL OF CONCEPTUAL REZONINGS OF PROPERTIES IN AREA ASSOCIATED WITH WITH LOOMIS ROAD, LOOMIS DRIVE, NORTH CAPE ROAD, U.S. HWY 45 SEWER PROJECTS IN THE NE 1/4, SW 1/4 AND SE 1/4 OF SECTION 25 AND AUTHORIZATION TO SCHEDULE A ZONING PUBLIC HEARING FOR AFFECTED PROPERTIES WHEREAS, The Sewer Utility is proceeding with projects to provide sanitary sewer service to areas along North Cape Road and Loomis Drive from North Cape Road west approximately 4,000 from Ryan Road south to S.T.H. 36, and areas along Loomis Road approximately 1,200 feet, and feet, and areas along U.S. HWY 45 from S.T.H. 36 south WHEREAS, It is necessary to rezone these areas in accordance with the Comprehensive Plan once sewers are available, and WHEREAS, A request has been received for a less restrictive zoning than that included in the Comprehensive Plan, and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission wishes to petition to rezone the Loomis Road/Loomis Drive/North Cape Road/U.S. HWY 45 areas as shown on the attached exhibit. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the conceptual rezoning and does hereby petition to rezone the areas as shown on the map entitled "Alternative Zoning" excepting those areas which are proposed RS-2 which it is recommended to be rezoned RS-1, and the entire triangle area between Loomis Road and the WEPCO right-of-way which is recommended to be 8-4, with the public hearing to be held before the Common Council on July 11, 1996 at 7:OO p.m. Plan Commission City of Muskego Adopted 06-18-96 Defeated Deferred - 06-10-96
