PCR1996122AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 122-96 APPROVAL OF A SKETCH CREATING A TWO (2) LOT RECONFIGURATION S67 W18607 PEARL DRIVE IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 4 (TAXKEY NOS. 2175.047 and 2175.048) WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on June 3, 1996, for a two FOR MARK DARKOW ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT (2) lot reconfiguration at 567 W18607 Pearl Drive in the SW 1/4 of Section 4, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-3/0ED which requires a minimum lot size of 11,250 sq. ft. and a minimum average width of 75' and said lots appear to meet the minimum average width restriction, and WHEREAS, Both lots will no longer be equally divided as one lot will total approximately 14,238 sq. ft. and the other approximately 11,310 sq. ft.
