AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 17
TOWN OF NORWAY
division and outlot was submitted for the property located in
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a two parcel land
the NW 1/4 of Section 17, Town of Norway, on May 24, 1996, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of
the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and approval
by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, The proposed CSM poses no apparent conflicts with
futures development plans for the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land divisions
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approved
division of the DeBack Property located in the NW 1/4 Of
the extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for two parcel land
Section 17, in the Town of Norway.
