WHEREAS, A Building, Site and Operation plan was approved by
the Plan Commission through Resolution #P.C. 224-94 on December
21, 1994, and
WHEREAS, The amended Building, Site and Operation Plan
indicates changes to the east elevation of the primary building
with a 41.3' X 32.3' enclosed playland addition, and
WHEREAS, The playland addition includes additional seating,
party room and softplay unit, and
enclosed structure with a two foot brick base and 4.7' masonry
parapet, and
WHEREAS, The elevation of the new addition shows a glass
north facades of the new elevation and the relocation of of a

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
