PCR1996115RESOLUTION #P.C. 115-96 AMENDED APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR A TWO LOT LAND DIVISION BY GREG FRANKE FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 5 (TAX KEY NO. 2177.933) WHEREAS, A two lot land division sketch was approved by the Plan Commission under a conceptual building, site and operation plan under Resolution #P.C. 31-96, and WHEREAS, Both parcels meet the zoning requirements for a 8-2, Local Service Center District, and WHEREAS, Lot 1 will have access on to Hillendale Drive and property to the north. Lot 2 will access Racine Avenue (CTH Y), and cross access to the THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve Franke for the property located in the NE 1/4 of Section 5 the Certified Survey Map for a two lot land division by Greg subject to resolution of all technical discrepancies as identified by the Common Council, Plan Commission, City Engineers and City staff and subject to the provision of cross access along the north property line in approximately the northwestern corner. agreement be provided for area adjacent to the northern property line of Parcel 2.
