APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR A TWO LOT
LAND DIVISION BY GREG FRANKE FOR THE PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 5
(TAX KEY NO. 2177.933)
WHEREAS, A two lot land division sketch was approved by the
Plan Commission under a conceptual building, site and operation
plan under Resolution #P.C. 31-96, and
WHEREAS, Both parcels meet the zoning requirements for a
8-2, Local Service Center District, and
WHEREAS, Lot 1 will have access on to Hillendale Drive and
