PCR1996114RESOLUTION #P.C. 114-96 APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR A FOUR LOT LAND DIVISION FOR RICHARD BENNETT AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 23 AND SE 1/4 OF SECTION 24 (TAX KEY NO. 2254.998) WHEREAS, A Sketch was approved by the Plan Commission under division in the NE 1/4 of Section 23 and SE 1/4 of Section 24 by Resolution #P.C. 97-96 on May 7, 1996, for a four (4) lot land Richard Bennette, and WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on May 28, 1996, for a four (4) lot land division in the NE 1/4 of Section 23 and SE 1/4 of Section 24 by Richard Bennette, and RS-Z/OLS/OLR, 20,000 square foot single family Suburban WHEREAS, The parcels are proposed to be rezoned Residence District in a Lake Shore and Lake Recreation District once sewer service is completed, and requirements with the exception of the proposed northern property line of parcel 2, in which the existing buildings do not meet the required zoning offsets, and WHEREAS, All four (4) parcels appear to meet the zoning property owner and subject property configuration must alterations by the Board of Appeals with respect to offsets as contained in the decision of Appeal #15-96 and subject to no further variations of the proposed land division, and WHEREAS, The Board of Appeals has granted a variance to the WHEREAS, The Certified Survey Map dated May 28, 1996 appears to meet the criteria of the decision of Appeal #15-96. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of the four (4) lot land division sketch for the property located in the NE 1/4 of Section 23 and the SW 1/4 of Section 24, Plan Department City of Muskego Adopted 08-06-96 Defeated Deferred 06-04-96, 06-18-96 05-28-96
