APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR A TWO LOT LAND
AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 112-96
RECONFIGURATION/ EXPANSION BY RUDOLPH HEINRICH FOR THE
PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 24
(TAX KEY NOS. 2255.994.002 AND 2255.994.003)
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on May 8, 1996, for a two
(2) lot land reconfiguration/expansion in the SW 1/4 of Section
24, and
under Resolution #P.C. 98-96 on May 21, 1996, and
WHEREAS, Said sketch was approved by the Plan Commission

is to remain zoned R-2, 60,000 square foot single family

that the proposed location of the accessory structure be
