PCR19961120 e APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR A TWO LOT LAND AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 112-96 RECONFIGURATION/ EXPANSION BY RUDOLPH HEINRICH FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 24 (TAX KEY NOS. 2255.994.002 AND 2255.994.003) WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on May 8, 1996, for a two (2) lot land reconfiguration/expansion in the SW 1/4 of Section 24, and under Resolution #P.C. 98-96 on May 21, 1996, and WHEREAS, Said sketch was approved by the Plan Commission square foot single family Suburban Estate and the other parcel is to remain zoned R-2, 60,000 square foot single family Country Home District once sewer service is completed, and WHEREAS, One parcel is proposed to be rezoned RSE, 40,000 lot size of 40,000 sq. ft. and a minimum average width of 150' WHEREAS, RSE zoning district regulations require a minimum and R-2 zoning district regulations require a minimum lot size of 60,000 sq. ft. and a minimum average width of 175 and proposed parcels appear to meet these requirements, and WHEREAS, The petitioner has proposed that the existing 916 square foot pole barn shall be moved to Parcel 3 and conform to the 25 foot side yard offset requirement and be reduced to meet 60% of the total primary first floor square footage, or be torn down, and WHEREAS, Such proposal will require Plan Commission Waukesha County Preliminary Site Evaluation. approval, the issuance building and zoning permits, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of the two (2) lot land reconfiguration/expansion certified survey map for the property located in the SW 1/4 of Section 24. THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Certified Survey Map indicate that the existing 170 square foot shed be razed, that the proposed location of the accessory structure be Resolution PC# 113-96 be placed on the Certified Survey Map. indicated and that a reference to the conditions set in Amended Plan Department City of Muskego Adopted 06-04-96 Defeated Deferred
