APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY FIREWORKS STAND AND SIGNS FOR
SAM TRADING, INTERNATIONAL AT THE PROPERTY
LOCATED AT S63 W13700 JANESVILLE ROAD,
LINCOLN POINT SHOPPING CENTER

tents and trailer for sale of fireworks at the property located
WHEREAS, It is proposed to place a two temporary sales
at S63 W13700 Janesville Road by Sam Trading, International, and
WHEREAS, the two tents will each be 15' X 15' connected
side by side with a 8' X 20' trailer off one side, and
WHEREAS, The tent will be located along the central-east
Road, and
side of the Lincoln Pointe Shopping Center along Janesville
June 17 to July 8, 1996 and the hours of operation will be from
9:00 a.m. to 11:OO p.m., with extended hours from July 1 to
July 4, 1996, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:OO a.m., and
WHEREAS, The proposed sales tent will be in operation from
canopies and one 4' X 6' free standing sign is proposed, and
WHEREAS, One 3' X 15' banner will be attached to the tent
office and Police Department and an inspection will be needed
WHEREAS, A license is still required from the City Clerk's
to be preformed by the Fire Code Inspector of the Tess Corners
Volunteer Fire Department.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the temporary fireworks tent to be located at S63 W13700
Janesville Road subject to approval of licensing and inspection.
