WHEREAS, It is proposed to place a temporary sales tent
enclosing a fireworks stand at the property located at W191
57691 Racine Avenue by Dairyland Gifts h Souvenirs, Corp., and
contain a 2' X 8' sign, and
WHEREAS, the tent canopy will be 16' X 16' in size and will
WHEREAS, The tent will be located along the southern
portion of the Somar Enterprises parking lot, and
June 14 to July 8, 1996 and the hours of operation will be from
9:00 a.m. to dusk, and
WHEREAS, The proposed sales tent will be in operation from
WHEREAS, No temporary detached signage has been proposed,
and
office and Police Department and an inspection will be needed
to be preformed by the Fire Code Inspector of the Muskego
Volunteer Fire Company.
WHEREAS, A license is still required from the City Clerk's
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the temporary fireworks tent to be located at W191 57691 Racine
Avenue subject to approval of licensing and inspection.
