WHEREAS, It is proposed to place a temporary sales tent
enclosing a fireworks stand at the property located at W189
S7847 Racine Avenue by Joe and Lynn Source, and
WHEREAS, the tent canopy will be 20' X 30' in size and will
contain four 4' X 8' banners on either side of the 30' tent
side, and
WHEREAS, The tent will be located along the northeast
corner of the Sentry Food Store parking lot, and
WHEREAS, The proposed sales tent will be in operation from
June 21 to July 4, 1996 and the hours of operation will be from
9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m, and
approved at the opposite end of the parking facility by the
WHEREAS, A temporary garden facility was previously
Plan Commission, and
and
WHEREAS, No temporary detached signage has been proposed,
office and Police Department and an inspection will be needed
to be preformed by the Fire Code Inspector of the Muskego
Volunteer Fire Company.
WHEREAS, A license is still required from the City Clerk's
the temporary fireworks tent to be located at W189 S7847 Racine
Avenue subject to approval of licensing and inspection.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
