PCR1996108RESOLUTION #P.C. 108-96 RECONFIGURATION/EXPANSION OF A PARCEL OWNED BY APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR THE VIRGINIA HABERMEYER LOCATED AT THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 21 (TAX KEY NO. 2241.999.001 W183 58874 RACINE AVENUE) WHEREAS, A Certified Survev Mao Sketch was amroved on April 16, 1996, by the Plan Cokission under Resbiution #P.C. 67-96, and ~~ ~~~ parcel in the NW 1/4 of Section 21 (W183 58874 Racine Avenue), and WHEREAS, subject proposal was to reconfigure and existing WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-1 which, being un-sewered, requires a minimum lot size of 60,000 sq. ft. and a minimum average width of 240' and said lot appears to meet the minimum average width restriction, and WHEREAS, The parcel will continue to have access from Racine Avenue, and WHEREAS, Certain portions of the property will be required to be rezoned, and WHEREAS, The Certified Survey Map substantially complies to the adopted sketch. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the Certified Survey Map for a reconfiguration/expansion of a parcel in the NW 1/4 of Section 21 of the Habermeyer Property subject to the rezoning of all appropriate lands related to this petition.
