PCR1996107AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 107-96 APPROVAL OF SIX (6) LOT LAND DIVISION SKETCH BY FRED A. WASHA AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 18 (TAX KEY NOS. 2229.988) WHEREAS, A Six (6) lot land division sketch was submitted by Fred A. Washa for the property locate in the NE 1/4 of Section 18 on May 16, 1996, and single family Suburban Residence District, and WHEREAS, The properties are zoned RS-1, 30,000 square foot size of 30,000 sq. ft. and a minimum average width of 120' and said lots and all six (6) lots appear to meet the minimum requirements, and WHEREAS, The RS-1 zoning district requires a minimum lot proposed extension of Pasadena Drive and the other two will have continued access onto Hillendale Drive, and WHEREAS, Four of the parcels show future access to the WHEREAS, Sewer and water service are available. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of the six (6) lot land division sketch for the property located in the NE 1/4 of Section 18 of the Washa Property subject to the extension of Pasadena Drive. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That to divide the property as proposed may require the submittal of preliminary and final subdivision plats. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission supports the goals for the area's development as generally illustrated in the submittals of neighboring properties approved on May 7, 1996 under Amended Resolutions #P.C. 84-96 and 85-96. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED. That the two Darcels frontina Hillendale Drive maintain a minimum average width and frontage of 110'. 2 Plan Commission City of Muskego Adopted 06-04-96 Defeated Deferred 05/28/96
