PCR1996106RESOLUTION #P.C.106-96 RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO TO CHANGE ZONING ON TAX ID #2218.001 (S81 W16964 WOODS ROAD) FROM RS-2/0PD TO RS-Z/OPD/OD TO PERMIT THE CREATION OF TWO DUPLEX LOTS (BOEHM) WHEREAS, By the direction of Resolution #84-96 the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon recommendation of the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego, Gregory and Gloria Boehm have petitioned to have their property, described as Lot 1 Meadow Green Subdivision, Tax ID #2218.01 (S81 W16964 Woods Road), rezoned from RS-2/0PD Suburban Residence/Planned Development to RS-Z/OPD/OD Suburban Residence/ Planned Development/Duplex, and WHEREAS, This request has been determined by the Common Council to constitute a substantial change to the original Planned Unit Development of the Meadow Green Subdivision, and WHEREAS, The Common Council will hold a Public Hearing on June 11, 1996 OPD and amend the Zoning Map of the City of Muskego, and p.m. to consider a petition to change said permits 63 housing units on a total of 29 acres yielding a WHEREAS, The original OPD for Meadow Green Subdivision density of 2.17 units per acre, and WHEREAS, The proposed rezoning for Meadow Green Subdivision OPD would serve to permit 66 housing units on a total Of 29 acres yielding a density of 2.28 units per acre ( a 5% increase in density ), THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission Of the City of Muskego does hereby recommend approval to the Common Council of the proposed rezoning of Lot 1 of Meadow Green Subdivision OPD, Tax I.D. # 2218.001, (S81 W16964) Woods Road by Gregory and Gloria Boehm.
