FOR CRAB APPLE COURT IN THE LAKEVIEW HIGHLANDS NORTH
AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 105-96
SUBDIVISION
(CONRARDY)
WHEREAS, A request has been filed with the Planning
Department by Philip G. Conrardy M.D. seeking the Changing of
the street name of Crab Apple Court, and
changed to Shamrock Court, and
WHEREAS, It is requested that the subject street name be
of purchase for parcels located on Crab Apple Court, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner makes this request as a condition
and
WHEREAS, The City is not party to this private agreement,
there any public safety issues with regard to the current
street name.
WHEREAS, No greater public purpose will be served nor are
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommends to the Common Council that the request to change the
street name of Crab Apple Court be approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That to grant such a name change
would establish a undesirable precedent.
