APPROVAL OF A TEMPORARY TRAILER FOR SALES
BY BURKE PROPERTIES TO BE LOCATED IN
LOTS 42 AND 43 IN THE CHAMPIONS VILLAGE SUBDIVISION
LOCATED IN THE NW 1/4, NE 1/4, AND SW 1/4 OF SECTION 25
WHEREAS, An application was submitted by Burke properties
for the Villages of Muskego Lakes Partnership to place a
temporary trailer on lots 42 and 43 of the Champions Village
Subdivision, and
1996, and
WHEREAS, The trailer is to be temporary until November 15,
WHEREAS, The intended use is for the storage of materials,
and as a meeting place for contractors and the outside public,
and
WHEREAS, A portable bathroom and a temporary gravel parking
lot to accommodate four (4) cars is to be provided, and
WHEREAS, A subdivision sign and a retractable awning to the
trailer are also proposed, and
for workers and the general public and similar facilities will
be provided for at the Country Club to accommodate people with
special needs.
WHEREAS, A handicap accessible bathroom will be provided
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
of the temporary trailer located on lots 42 and 43 of the
Champions Village Subdivision until November 15, 1996.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a paved path from parking lot
to trailer and portable bathroom be provided.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the trailer be setback at a
minimum of 40' from the road right-of-way and a sketch of the
proposed sign be submitted prior to occupancy.
