WHEREAS, A two (2) lot land division sketch was submitted
by Gary Brzezinski for the property locate in the NE 1/4 of
Section 17 on May 10, 1996, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned partly RS-2, 30,000 square
Agricultural, and
foot single family Suburban Residence District and partly
WHEREAS, Both parcels appear to meet the minimum area and
average width requirements for each zoning district, and
WHEREAS, Both of the parcels will have access on to Woods
Road, and
WHEREAS, sewer and water service are available.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the two (2) lot land division sketch for the property located
in the NW 1/4 of Section 17 of the Brzezinski property. 0
