MUSKEGO SUBDIVISION NO. 1 LOCATED IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 9
PROPERTY LOCATED IN LOTS 39 AND 40, AT THE KINGSTON'S ON
TAX KEY #2193.109
the property located at S75 W18650 Kingston Drive, Tax Key
#2195.031 and Tax Key #2195.032 for a determination of legal
lot status for a portion of the above mentioned parcels, and
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted by David Woida , for
District, which requires a minimum 66' of average width and a
WHEREAS, The subject property is zoned RS-3/0LS Zoning
10,000 sq. ft. lot size, and
WHEREAS, Lot 39 has an estimated area of 5,600 square feet
of and an average minimum width of 45' and Lot 40 has an
width of 51', and
estimated area of 7,140 square feet and an average minimum
non-conforming lots in common ownership requires Legal Lot
Status review by the Plan Commission and Common Council, and
WHEREAS, The re-division of existing neighboring

WHEREAS, Lots adjoining the subject property and in the
immediate area are the same general size.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
described as Lot 39 and 40, Kingston's on Muskego Subdivision
recommended approval for Legal Lot Status for the property
No. 1, Tax Key Nos. 2195.031 and 2195.032, for David Woida that
the lots in question are compatible with surrounding parcels .
