LOCATED IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 18

WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on May 10,
EXPANSION/RECONFIGURATION OF THE BROCKMAN PROPERTY
the NE 1/4 of Section 18, and
1996, to create a one lot reconfiguration/expansion located in
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on May 7, 1996, approved a
Resolution #P.C. 91-96, and
sketch for a two (2) lot land reconfiguration/expansion through
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-1 which requires a
minimum lot size of 30,000 sq. ft. and a minimum average width
of 120' and said lots meets the area but not the width
requirement, and
WHEREAS, The lot expansion places the lot closer to
conformity.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map of a one (1) lot reconfiguration/
expansion in the NE 1/4 of Section 18 of the Brockman Property
and recommend approval to the Common Council subject to
Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees in Section
resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City
18.14(3) of the Land Division Ordinance.
