APPROVAL OF FIREWORKS STAND AND SIGNS FOR VINCE SIEGEL AT
THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S95 W12575 LOOMIS ROAD
WHEREAS, It is proposed to place a temporary sales tent
enclosing a fireworks stand and two signs advertising the sale
of fireworks at the property located at S95 W12575 Loomis Road
by Vince Siegel, and
WHEREAS, The applicant proposes four (4) 2' X 8' foot banner
signs attached to the tent, and
WHEREAS, The tent will be located 70' from the center line
of both Loomis Road and North Cape Road, and
WHEREAS, The ultimate right-of-way for Loomis Road is 120'
and for North Cape Road is 100' and the fireworks stands would
have a 10' and 20' setback respectively and code requires 40'
for any structure, and
WHEREAS, The proposed sales tent will be in operation from
June 21 to July 4, 1996 and the hours of operation will be from
9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m, and

WHEREAS, The Tess Corners Volunteer Fire Department has been
