PCR1996098RESOLUTION #P.C. 98-96 RECONFIGURATION/ EXPANSION BY RUDOLPH HEINRICH FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 24 (TAX KEY NOS. 2255.994.002 AND 2255.994.003) APPROVAL OF A SKETCH CREATING A TWO LOT LAND (2) lot land reconfiguration/expansion in the SW 1/4 of Section 24, and WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on May 8, 1996, for a two WHEREAS, One parcel is proposed to be rezoned RSE, 40,000 square foot single family Suburban Estate and the other parcel is to remain zoned R-2, 60,000 square foot single family Country Home District once sewer service is completed, and lot size of 40,000 sq. ft. and a minimum average width of 150' WHEREAS, RSE zoning district regulations require a minimum and R-2 zoning district regulations require a minimum lot size of 40,000 sq. ft. and a minimum average width of 175 and proposed parcels appear to meet these requirements, and of the two (2) lot land reconfiguration/expansion sketch for the property located in the SW 1/4 of Section 24. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve 0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the 916 square foot pole barn shall be moved to conform to the 25 foot side yard offset requirement, or be torn down.
