APPROVAL OF A TWO LOT LAND DIVISION SKETCH

WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on May 1, 1996, for a three
(3) lot land division in the SE 1/4 of Section 23, and
WHEREAS, The parcels are proposed to be rezoned RS-2, 20,000
square foot single family Suburban Residence District once sewer
service is completed, and
lot size of 20,000 sq. ft. and a minimum average width of 110'
WHEREAS, RS-2 zoning district regulations require a minimum
and proposed parcels 1 and 2 appear to meet these requirements,
but parcel three does not in terms of area, and
WHEREAS, Proposed parcel 3 is within the 10% of the
ordinance requirements for square footage, and
