PCR1996091APPROVAL OF A EXPANSION/RECONFIGURATION SKETCH AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 91-96 BY ALAN L. BROCKMAN AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 18 (TAX KEY NO. 2229.994) WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on April 29, 1996, for a lot expansion/reconfiguration in the NE 1/4 of Section 18, and WHEREAS, The parcels are zoned RS-1, 30,000 square foot single family Suburban Residence District, and WHEREAS, RS-1 zoning district regulations require a minimum lot size of 30,000 sq. ft. and a minimum average width of 120' and said lot meets the area requirements but, at approximately 85 feet, fails to meet the average minimum width requirements, and WHEREAS, Through the moving of the lot line, a seven (7) foot high fence will be located at the lot line where the Ordinance limits such occurrences to a height of six feet unless consent of adjacent property owners and Plan Commission approval id obtained. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of the expansion/reconfiguration sketch for the property nine foot high fence at the lot line subject to adjacent located in the NE 1/4 of Section 18 and allow approves of the property owner's consent.
