PCR1996090AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 90-96 APPROVAL OF A SKETCH CREATING A THREE (3) LOT LAND DIVISION FOR ROBERT SINDIC AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE CORNER OF JANESVILLE ROAD AND RACINE AVENUE DRIVE BEING PART OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 9 AND NW 1/4 OF SECTION 16 (TAX KEY 2195.981) two (2) lot land division in the SW 1/4 of Section 9 and the NW WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on April 29, 1996, for a 1/4 of Section 16, and WHEREAS, The parcels are zoned B-4, Highway Business District, and WHEREAS, B-4 zoning district regulations require a minimum lot size of 30,000 sq. ft. and a minimum average width of 150' and both lots appear to meet the size and minimum average width restrictions, and WHEREAS, The parcels to be created appear to be proposing to utilize joint access to Janesville Road with the parent parcel. of the sketch submitted creating a three (3) lot land division THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve in the SW 1/4 of Section 9 and NW 1/4 of Section 16 of the new parcels and parent parcel.
