WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on April 29, 1996, for a

lot size of 30,000 sq. ft. and a minimum average width of 150'
and both lots appear to meet the size and minimum average width
restrictions, and
WHEREAS, The parcels to be created appear to be proposing
to utilize joint access to Janesville Road with the parent
parcel.
