PCR1996089AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 89-96 APPROVAL OF A SKETCH CREATING A TWO (2) LOT LAND DIVISION CORRECTED FOR HAROLD DEBACK AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT PARKER DRIVE IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 21 (TAX KEY 2243.994) WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on April 29, 1996, for a two (2) lot land division in the SW 1/4 of Section 21, and WHEREAS, The parcels are zoned Agricultural, and WHEREAS, Agricultural zoning district regulations require a minimum lot size of 120,000 sq. ft. and a minimum average width of 300' and both lots appear to meet the size and minimum average width restrictions, and WHEREAS, Access to the northern parcel is proposed to have a flag shape access. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of the sketch submitted creating a two (2) lot land division with a 30' access width for the northern parcel in the SW 1/4 of Section 21 of the DeBack property. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That evidence of a successful perc test on each proposed parcel is required. Plan Department City of Muskego Adopted 05-07-96 Defeated Deferred 04-29-96 05-21-96 The minutes of the May 7 Plan Commission were Amended at the May 21 meeting to reflect the intent of the Plan Commission in regards to access width however, this "corrected Amended Resolution" was not adopted by a formal vote.
