PCR1996088RESOLUTION #P.C. 88-96 APPROVAL OF CONCEPTUAL BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR U.S. OIL COMPANY, INC., LOCATED AT THE NW CORNER OF LIONS PARK DRIVE AND JANESVILLE ROAD (TAX KEY NO. 2195.986) Conceptual Amendment to an existing Building, Site and Operation Plan to allow for a convenience store and gas station, and WHEREAS, Plans were submitted requesting approval of a conditional use grant permitting such use, and WHEREAS, The petitioner is proposing to utilize an existing WHEREAS, In consideration of the highly visible location the project occupies, such request requires a traffic impact study to be conducted. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the conceptual building, site and operation plan dated (received 04-26-96) and said plan be kept on file in the Building Department along with any subsequent changes to the same. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a public hearing shall be 0 Conditional Use at which time, detailed site, grading and required for the amendment/expansion of the existing drainage, lighting, landscaping and signage plans shall be submitted for review and approval.
