WHEREAS, The request exceeds the permitted total square THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a accessory structure, not to exceed 1,006 square feet, for the Findely Property and the remainder of the accessory structure be permitted only if a variance is granted by the Board of Appeals. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission does not approved of the 14' X 45' Lean-to.
