PCR1996085e AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 85-96 APPROVAL OF TWO, THREE (3) LOT LAND DIVISION SKETCHES BY CHARLENE SIEGMUND AT THE PROPERTIES LOCATED IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 18 (TAX KEY NOS. 2229.981.001 AND 2229.981.002) WHEREAS, Two, three (3) lot land division sketches were submitted by Charlene Siegmund for the property locate in the NE 1/4 of Section 18, and minimum lot size of 30,000 sq. ft. and a minimum average width WHEREAS, The properties are zoned RS-1, which require a of 120' and said lots, in some cases, do not appear to meet either the minimum average width restriction and or minimum area, and WHEREAS, Four of the parcels will have future access to the proposed extension of Pasadena Drive and the other two will have continued access onto Hillendale Drive, and WHEREAS, sewer and water service are available. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the two, three (3) lot land division sketches for the properties located in the NE 1/4 of Section 18 of the Siegmund Property subject to the extension of Pasadena Drive. 0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, The Plan Commission approve of the sketch land division only if the required minimum average width and area for said zoning district are met or can be within 10% of the Ordinance requirements. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission Supports the goals for the area's development as generally illustrated in the submittals dated April 25, 1996.
