APPROVAL OF A FIVE (5) LOT LAND DIVISION SKETCH BY
RENO BERG, AGENT FOR ARNOLD KNUTILLA, AT THE PROPERTY
LOCATED AT THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 18
(TAX KEY NO. 2229.982)
WHEREAS, A five lot land division sketch was submitted by
Reno Berg for Arnold Knutilla for the property locate in the NE
1/4 of Section 18, and
WHEREAS, The properties are zoned RS-1, which require a
minimum lot size of 30,000 sq. ft. and a minimum average width
of 120' and said lots, in some cases, do not appear to meet
either the minimum average width restriction and or minimum
area, and
extension of Pasadena Drive, and
WHEREAS, The parcels will have future access to the proposed
WHEREAS, Sewer and water service are available.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the five lot land division sketch for the property located in
the NE 1/4 of Section 18 of the Knutilla Property subject to the
extension of Pasadena Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, The Plan Commission approve Of the
sketch land division only if the required minimum average width
and area for said zoning district are met or can be withn 10%
of Ordinance requirements.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission Supports
the goals for the area's development as generally illustrated
in the submittals dated April 25, 1996.
