FOR ROGER JOHNSTON AT THE PROPERTY
submitted on April 5, 1996, by Roger Johnston to construct a
WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was

WHEREAS, The location of the accessory structure meets the

the Johnston Property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That any accessory structure in
excess of 15' in height will require a variance form the Board
of Appeals.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That subject accessory structure
shall neither be used for the operation of a business nor the
building and zoning permit will be applied for the subject
storage of business related materials and equipment and a
accessory structure within the next ten (10) days.

0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the
terms of this resolution and the approved site plans shall
result in the issuance of fines of $100 per day per violation,
the initiation of legal action, or both.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That both lots must be combined
into one tax key number as a condition of approval.
